"Richelle was on time and waiting when I arrived for my appointment. After contacting her on thumbtack it only took 24hrs for her to return my email. She was willing to take down another stylist sew-in since I could not get in touch with the stylist anymore. I felt welcome in her shop and she took the time to look over my micro-link sew in to figure out the best method to remove it. She was very patient with me and my son while we were there with a smile. She also shampoo and condition my hair with no style since I told her I was going swimming. I wasn't expecting to pay as much compared to my last experiences and cost, but I certainly learn you get what you pay for. My hair was soft, straight, and manageable for when I flat iron it next time. She even gave me tips on how to moisturize my hair, and help control the dandruff without knowing if I was going to return for her services anymore. I’m very thankful and happy that I found her to care for my hair. She is versatile and has certificate and license on display as proof that she is knowledgeable and capable of performing the services she offer. I would recommend to anyone after just the friendly experience with her."
